Particle Warm is a cream porcelain with a fine, even speckle through the face, like a light sandstone. It has a P4 slip rating, so it works as a bathroom or alfresco floor, and the warm tone suits older brick homes better than a stark grey.

Good to know
- P4 slip rating: suits bathroom and laundry floors and covered outdoor areas such as an alfresco.
- Lay on a flat, primed substrate with a flexible tile adhesive and a 2 to 3 mm joint.
- Use a beige or sand grout so the joints blend with the speckle.
- Textured matt surfaces hold dirt in the grain; a stiff brush and a neutral cleaner bring them back.

Is everything in stock?
Not always. Some products are ordered in from the supplier. If you need something by a certain date, call us to check before you order.
Do you deliver?
Tiles and large items are delivered within the Perth metro area, or you can pick up free from Maddington. Small bathroom items like tapware and accessories post anywhere in Australia from $9.95. Delivery options for your address show at checkout.
How much tile should I order?
Measure the area in square metres and add 10% for cuts and breakages (15–20% for herringbone or diagonal layouts). Every tile page has a calculator that sets the quantity for you.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout. Wait until we tell you your order is ready, then book a pickup time and bring your order number.
Can I return something?
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days for unused products in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies. Faulty or damaged items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund Policy.
Warranty and returns
Products come with the manufacturer's warranty, on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
