The BAT Super Cluster Diamond Grinding Wheel is a diamond grinding wheel for the angle grinder that takes old adhesive, paint and high spots off a concrete floor fast. The clustered diamond segments are aggressive enough for set adhesive, which is the job most tilers buy it for.
Use it for
- Grinding off old tile adhesive before retiling
- Knocking down high spots and laitance on new concrete
- General floor preparation before screed or adhesive
Features
- Clustered diamond segments for fast removal
- Two sizes: 100 mm for a standard grinder, 180 mm for a large grinder
Specifications
- Diameters: 100 mm and 180 mm
- Bore: 22.2/20 mm
- Models: BD-GWSC-100 (100 mm), BD-GWSC-180 (180 mm)
Good to know
- Always wear eye protection, hearing protection and a dust mask, and use a dust shroud and vacuum where you can
- Keep the wheel moving and flat; leaning on one edge gouges the slab
- Check the slab is sound and dry before grinding; damp adhesive clogs the segments
