Raimondi continuous rim diamond finishing wheel for half bullnose edges on the Bulldog and Bi-Bulldog profiling machines. It is the second step: after the segmented shaping wheel has roughed out the radius, the fine grit continuous rim takes out the ridges and leaves a smooth edge ready for polishing. Choose the radius to match your shaping wheel: 8, 10, 15, 20 or 30 mm.
Fits
- Raimondi Bulldog Advanced and Bi-Bulldog Advanced
Specifications
- Profile: half bullnose
- Radius: 8, 10, 15, 20 or 30 mm
- Continuous rim, fine grit (Raimondi's 1/2 bullnose finishing wheels, Art. 179BULL10RF to 179BU30RF)
Good to know
- Three steps give the best edge: shaping wheel, finishing wheel, then the polishing wheels through the grits.
- Suits marble, granite and porcelain. Keep the water pumps running so the wheel stays cool.
- On a Bi-Bulldog, run the shaping wheel on one motor and this wheel on the other to finish in a single pass.
