Raimondi diamond polishing wheels for half bullnose edges on the Bulldog and Bi-Bulldog profiling machines. These are the final step after shaping and finishing: run the edge through the grits in order and a cut porcelain or stone edge comes up to match the polished face of the tile. Available in 10 mm and 15 mm radius.
Fits
- Raimondi Bulldog Advanced and Bi-Bulldog Advanced
Specifications
- Profile: half bullnose, 10 or 15 mm radius
- Grits: 400, 800, 1500 and 1800
- Continuous rim diamond polishing wheels
- Raimondi lists its 15 mm half bullnose polishing wheels as Art. 179BU15LB (800), 179BU15LC (1500) and 179BU15LD (1800)
Good to know
- Work up through the grits without skipping. Each grit removes the scratches from the one before.
- Granite can need an extra pass at a mid grit between finishing and polishing.
- Keep the water pumps running. Polishing wheels glaze quickly if they run dry.
