Raimondi Krick Krock guides hold a straight edge level against the wall so you can set the first row of wall tiles off it, without screwing a batten into the wall. That matters over a waterproofing membrane you cannot drill or nail, and in a bathroom where the floor falls to a drain and you cannot work up from it. Set the two guides, lay the straight edge across, level it and tile.

- Setting the first row of wall tiles level in showers and bathrooms
- Tiling over waterproofing membranes that cannot be penetrated
- Starting a wall above a sloping or unfinished floor

Good to know
- Set the guide height so the straight edge sits one full tile plus a joint above the finished floor, so the bottom row can be cut in last.

Is everything in stock?
Not always. Some products are ordered in from the supplier. If you need something by a certain date, call us to check before you order.
Do you deliver?
Tiles and large items are delivered within the Perth metro area, or you can pick up free from Maddington. Small bathroom items like tapware and accessories post anywhere in Australia from $9.95. Delivery options for your address show at checkout.
How much tile should I order?
Measure the area in square metres and add 10% for cuts and breakages (15–20% for herringbone or diagonal layouts). Every tile page has a calculator that sets the quantity for you.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout. Wait until we tell you your order is ready, then book a pickup time and bring your order number.
Can I return something?
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days for unused products in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies. Faulty or damaged items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund Policy.
Warranty and returns
Products come with the manufacturer's warranty, on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
