The Sigma 108362 is the M8 square nut for the measurement bar locking lever on Sigma tile cutters. The square shape sits in the slot of the bar so the nut cannot spin while you tighten the lever, which is why a hex nut from the hardware shop will not do the job. Sigma lists it for the Series 4 Up and Nex cutters with the M8 x 40 lever (108621).
Use it for
- Replacing a lost or stripped nut on the measurement bar lock
- Completing a new 108621 locking lever
Specifications
- Model: Sigma Art. 108362
- Thread: M8
- Type: square nut, 20 mm
Fits
- Sigma Series 4 Up (4BU, 4CU, 4DU) and Series 4 Nex (4BN, 4CN, 4DN, 4EN, 4FN)
- Other Sigma swivel bars with an M8 lever; check your cutter
Good to know
- The matching lever, Sigma 108621, is sold separately
- Keep the thread clean; grit in the slot is what makes the bar hard to lock
