The Sigma Jolly Edge 37A3D turns an ordinary angle grinder into a precision mitring tool for tiles. It fits any M14 grinder from 700 to 1400 W and slides along the edge of the tile, following its curve, so a 45 degree jolly edge comes out even from one end of a slab to the other. Supplied with a Sigma 75B 115 mm blade, it cuts tiles from 5 to 20 mm thick in one pass.
Use it for
- Mitred (jolly) external corners on porcelain and ceramic tiles
- Half-bullnose edges of 6, 8 or 10 mm radius with the optional diamond grinding cups
Features
- Universal M14 attachment for 700 to 1400 W angle grinders (grinder not included)
- Mitre angle adjustable from 40 to 50 degrees
- Dust extraction port for dry cutting, or the optional 87E4 water kit for wet work
