Roberts Designs Mesh Rim Diamond Blades (Red) are wet cutting blades for hard materials. The mesh rim cuts faster than a continuous rim and clears slurry better, at the cost of a coarser edge, so they suit cuts that will be hidden under a trim or skirting.
Use it for
- Fast cuts in hard porcelain and dense stone
- Cuts that will be covered by a trim, skirting or silicone joint
- Bench saws and hand held wet saws
Specifications
- Rim: Mesh
- Suitable for: Hard materials
- Cut: Wet
- Finish: Coarse
- Sizes: 105mm, 125mm, 200mm, 250mm or 300mm
- Model: RDXT2011 (105mm), RDXT2012 (125mm), RDXT2013 (200mm), RDXT2014 (250mm), RDXT2015 (300mm)
Good to know
- Keep water on the cut. Running a diamond bit or blade dry overheats it and shortens its life.
- For an exposed edge, cut with the green Continuous Rim blade or dress the edge with Diamond Hand Pads.
