Replacement carriage bearing with its nylon bush for Raimondi Zoe Advanced and Pikus Advanced bridge saws. The motor carriage rides along the aluminium rail on four of these pulleys, and when they wear the carriage develops play, the cut wanders and the blade chatters. Fresh bearings bring the cut back true. Sold singly, and each saw uses four.
Fits
- Raimondi Zoe Advanced (85A, 105A, 130A and 155A)
- Raimondi Pikus Advanced (85, 105 and 130)
What's in the box
- One bearing with nylon bush. Order four to do the whole carriage.
Good to know
- Replace all four together so the carriage sits square on the rail.
- The Zoe Advanced carriage pulleys are adjustable. Set them so the carriage glides with no side play but does not bind.
- If the rail itself is scored or bent, a spare aluminium rail is also available for the Zoe.
